A COMPACT SPIDER SOLITAIRE CHALLENGE
Spiderette brings the strategy of Spider Solitaire into a faster one-deck format. Build complete King-to-Ace suit sequences, reveal hidden cards, and organize the tableau with careful planning. Every move matters as you work toward clearing the board. Can you master this compact challenge?
What Makes Spiderette Different?
- Uses one deck instead of two.
- Features a Klondike-style seven-column layout.
- Games are shorter but still strategy-focused.
- Completing same-suit sequences remains the key to victory.
TAKE CONTROL OF THE TABLEAU
Your goal in Spiderette is to transfer all cards to the four foundations, building each suit from Ace to King. Start by uncovering face-down cards to expand your options, then use the flexible building rules to reorganize the tableau. Because cards can move both upward and downward within the same suit, you’ll often discover multiple solutions to the same problem. Clearing a tableau column creates valuable space for a King or a King-led stack, helping you unlock difficult sections of the layout.
Best Early-Game Strategy
- Reveal face-down cards as quickly as possible.
- Build same-suit sequences whenever possible.
- Create empty columns to improve mobility.
- Delay dealing from the stock until you’ve used every available move.
